Hi, the largest unit is a penthouse at 1841sqft. Are u looking to buy for own stay or as an investment? For investment, i can assist by looking for tenanted ones so that u can collect rental immediately upon completion of the sale.

    Simon here, this is my requirement: 1 to 3 km from tao nan. Ease of public transport(mum can't walk too far). Can afford 1.1mil, will b quite a stretch to 1.2mill. Prefer new development to save on renovation. Don't mind immediate purchase but prefer TOP in 1 or 2 year to push out full mortgage payment till later. Prefer 1300sqft of live-able area, can make do with 1200sqft if design is squarish enough.
